It started with a simple problem

ACRYLIX™ started with a pretty unglamorous problem: we wanted reliable acrylic cases for our favourite collectables.

We're Rahil and Eastina, and like a lot of you, we got hooked on sealed product. There's something about keeping a box exactly as it left the factory, untouched, and watching it hold its place in the collection over time. It's art in its own right.

But every sealed item needs a proper home, not just for display, but for protection when things get moved around the house.

What turned up when we bought cases online was always inconsistent.

We've all seen a booster box in an acrylic case that is completely mismeasured. In Australia the options were limited and the quality was a gamble, so we decided to make our own.

It turns out we weren't the only ones with the same problem.

Built to dimensions we measure ourselves

Every ACRYLIX™ case is built to dimensions we measure ourselves, and getting here took a fair bit of trial and error. 

  • We've mismeasured. 
  • We've had tolerances come back wrong. 
  • We've learned the hard way what happens when acrylic is too thin.
  • We've worked out how much abuse an acrylic case needs to survive between a factory and your shelf.

What's next
