Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you're reserving an ACRYLIX™ product that isn't in stock yet. You pay in full at checkout, and we'll ship your order as soon as it arrives in stock.

Pre-orders can't be combined with in-stock items in the same order. If you'd like both, please place them as separate orders.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can't be cancelled. We use pre-orders to estimate demand and pay our manufacturers in advance, so cancelling would be unfair to everyone else we work with.

What if my pre-order is delayed?
We do our best to meet estimated release dates, but sometimes delays happen. If your pre-order is delayed, we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way. If we can't fulfil your pre-order at all, we'll give you a full refund.

After your pre-order arrives
Once your pre-order has been delivered, it's covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, just like any other order. See our refund policy for details.
