Safe Packaging Promise
Every order is packed with protective materials to ensure your acrylic boxes arrive in perfect condition. To date, we've never had an issue with damaged items – and we plan to keep it that way!
We may also consolidate items when it makes sense (like fitting a Booster Box acrylic box inside an Elite Trainer Box acrylic case) to be more environmentally friendly and economical.
Pre-Orders
We do our best to meet estimated release dates, but sometimes delays happen. If your pre-order gets delayed, we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Shipping Errors
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We can't take responsibility for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries – and you'll need to cover additional shipping costs to resend (even if your original order qualified for free shipping).
