1. Let your acrylic settle first

Temperature fluctuations during shipping can cause slight warping or concaving in the acrylic. Give your case 24-48 hours at room temperature to stabilise and return closer to its intended shape. Forcing your collectable in immediately risks damaging your item.

2. Insert longer products with care

For Ultra Premium Collections, Special Premium Collections, and similar box-length items: the collectable should go in straight and level. Angling it in can create friction and fitting issues.

3. About shrink wrap

All acrylic cases carry some risk of catching shrink wrap during insertion. Some collectables have uneven wrap seams with raised edges, corner bunching, or "dog ears" that are more prone to catching.

Take your time and insert your collectables slowly!
