We make quality acrylic cases, but we need you to order the right size for your collectibles. Please double-check before you buy!

Change of Mind Returns We don't offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you've selected the correct acrylic case for your beloved collectible before ordering.

If you make a genuine mistake with your order and contact us promptly, we may be able to cancel in very limited circumstances.

Why no change of mind returns? Acrylic boxes are heavy, expensive to ship, and custom-fitted for specific items. It's just not economical for a small Aussie business like ours.

Wrong Size Ordered? Unfortunately, we can't exchange sizes either. Take your time, measure twice, order once!

Damaged Items We pack every order with serious care, but if your acrylic case arrives with genuine damage (like a crack from blunt force trauma), we'll make it right. Just make sure to contact us within 30 days. 

What counts as damage? Cracks, breaks, or major defects. Minor surface scratches don't count – these can usually be wiped away with a magic eraser. 

Proof Required: Given the increase in AI and photo editing, we treat damage claims with healthy skepticism. We recommend recording yourself opening your package to verify any damage claims. 

Pre-Orders Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. We use pre-orders to estimate demand and pay our manufacturers – cancelling would be unfair to everyone else we work with.

What We Warrant Our acrylic cases are fit for purpose: providing stylish protection and display for your collectibles. They're UV resistant and protect your sealed goods from dust and scratches.

What We Don't Warrant:

  • If you drop it, it'll crack (and your collectable may be damaged)
  • UV resistant doesn't mean you collectable should be exposed to the sun for an extended period of time
  • Magnetic lids come off with force – keep away from pets and kids

We disclaim all other liability beyond providing a quality display case.

Processing Times Refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks to process.

Australian Consumer Law This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods.
